About	Lynda was an outstanding student and UHS band member. She earned a MSW from the University of Texas and a J.D. from South Texas School of Law. She was an attorney in private practice at the time of her death at 53 of a brain tumor. Lynda had a special affinity for the most vulnerable in society and was chosen to be on the board of Texas MHMR. She loved animals, and worked hard for the rights of children, the elderly, and the disenfranchised. Much of her most satisfying work was done pro bono. She is greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
