Ron was a veteran of the U.S.Navy, attended Ohio State University and went on after college to work at Whirlpool in Findlay until his retirement. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, following the OSU Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns and Indians.

Ron joined the navy the same time Bob Miller and I joined and Bob and I didn't know he had signed up
till we went to Bainbridge. Again we went to deferent training schools and never saw each other while in the Navy.
