About Me	The purpose of life is a life of purpose. ~Robert Byrne I am a former pastry chef and line-cook and a former production assistant for KBAQ-FM. After culinary school and catering in Philadelphia, I moved to Arizona. I was intrigued by Arizona's wide open spaces, the beautiful, peaceful desert, the "wild" west history, and indigenous cultures. There, I studied music, dance, and Japanese at Arizona State University. Japanese studies lead me to become an assistant teacher of ESL in Japan for four years from 1997 to 2001. It was an incredible opportunity to experience Japanese culture and travel around the world. I flew back to the US in October 2001 and went back to School in Jan 2002.
