| About Me | Got my BS in mechanical engineering from UCSB. Got married a few weeks after graduation. Worked with Fluor for 10 years in Irvine and Aliso Viejo designing equipment mostly for oil refineries; lived in Irvine, Foothill Ranch, and Orange during that time. Also went back for the Master's degree from Fullerton. Got an offer I couldn't refuse and moved to Benicia (between SF and Sacramento on the Carquinez Strait) in 2001. Been here since then. I worked at the local refinery 'till 2006 when I went to work in the consulting division of a major oil company nearby. The city is great for kids and we really enjoy life here.
