Favorite School Memory	Getting excused from study hall to work in the Journalism Room on the Hi Lites and various publications. It was fun working with all the "guys". Loved the dances after the basketball games.
About Me	Graduated Ohio State School of Cosmetology in 1964, worked locally and in Columbus. Got married in 1967, went to Spain and Germany (husband in the Air Force) for four years. A son born in Spain in 1969 and daughter in Germany in 1972. Came back to the U.S. and moved to Michigan. Then moved to Arizona in 1975 for a couple of years, then a company move to Iowa in 1977 for the next three years. I was a stay at home Mom for several years, then part time dental assistant/front office/back office. Company move back to Arizona in 1980, where I worked at home until divorce was pending. Went back to work with a small general contractor as the "Do it All" Girl Friday until that business folded. Started working at a private Optometrist office in 1990 and divorced that same year. Hooked up with displaced Iowa farm boy and continued my optical experience. In 1996 I received my National Certifications (ABO & NCLE) and my Arizona State License of Opticianry and moved on to a new job. I am now the Licensed Optician at the Wal-Mart store very close to my home. My "relationship" desolved after 16 years and I am still in "our" house until the market is right to sell. This past year and a half has been a rough one for me, personally, but "what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger" they say.
