| About Me | Professionally I have pursued a career in science. I am currently a research fellow at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital conducting basic research to identify genetic components that influence the aging process and to understand how these genes function to affect lifespan. My graduate research focused in basic cancer research to understand how oncogenes promote apoptosis (a potent tumor suppressive mechanism of programmed cellular suicide).
