Favorite School Memory	Playing football for All Saints High School in Masontown, age 19, in 1932, during a strike at the mines. We didn't wear helmets then, or shoulder pads, or supporters. The Depression kept me working, then I enlisted in the Army and served 33 years in uniform. I am grateful to have finally earned the credits to graduate from overseas, Uniontown High School Class of 1948. I will be 104 years...(read more)
