Looking for my dad's long lost class ring. My mom had it on a necklace and lost it at a beach. He graduated in 62 or 63 and initials are JA. I know it's a long shot, but if anyone has ever found it please contact me at danc1ngqueen13@yahoo.com

wow! I cant believe you have a form for this. This is fantastic!
OK, here's the story.
My name is Dennis Preston and I live and grew up in Orange County, Southern California. Back in the 1980's my father gat into metal detecting and found a class ring for a student from Gran Rapids High. Of course back then before the internet it would have been a bit more difficult to find the owner. The ring was put away and for some strange reason it has foloowed me in some drawers of stuff. My father has since passed away and I recently rediscovered the ring and thought now is the time to look for the owner usimng the internet. I came across your site and was very pleased to find this link.
It is a soliver mens grad ring with a light blue stone and class of 79 on the side.
The initials inside are C M P
it has an indian and tomihawk on one side and the lamp, winged foot and atom symbol on the other.
This was found at one of our beach's I believe in the sand.
I hope dearly that this person is able to be found and with some regret and sorrow I am sorry that it has taken this long. I am now 43 years old and would like very much to reunite this ring with its owner.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Dennis Preston
