About Me	My work explores the relationship between Critical theory and life as performance. With influences as diverse as Machiavelli and Cy Twombly, new tensions are created from both simple and complex discourse. Ever since I was a pre-adolescent I have been fascinated by the essential unreality of meaning. What starts out as triumph soon becomes corroded into a hegemony of distress, leaving only a sense of what could have been and the possibility of a new understanding.
