About	David had served as a Police Officer in Bonner Springs and Lenexa before moving to Branson with his wife, Sami, and their two children. In Branson, David was a musician and comedian at his own show. He was voted "best comedian of 1989". He also served on the volunteer Taney County Fire Dept. as well as the rope rescue and water rescue teams. David was killed attempting to rescue a person from the side of Baird Mountain when his rope was cut by a rock and he fell. David's family and friends will always love and miss him.
