About	Lori Shively of KCK died April 26, 2009, of lung cancer. Born June 5, 1954, in KCMO, Lori was a 1973 Turner High grad. She was preceded in death by parents, Vincent and Betty (Burt) Wallace. Survivors include sons, Scott Shively of Belton, Mo., and Shawn Shively of the Kansas City area; brother, Raymond Wallace (Carol) of Belleview, Fla.; aunt, Barbara (Burt) Weaver (Arch) of Arvada, Colo.; uncle, Melvin Burt of Del Rio, Texas; and other loving relatives and friends, including Lori's "guardian angel," Robin Whitaker. Lori donated her body to KU Med School for research and teaching purposes, followed by cremation; no funeral at Lori's request. In Lori's memory, help someone who really needs help -- and think of Lori as you do it! Published in Kansas City Star on 5/7/2009
