Class of 2006
Marine Corps, 2 Years
I am a U.S. Marine, i was in the JROTC program during my time at truman and it has helped me. i am currently deployed right now on a ship i am on the USS IWO JIMA an LHD7 ship we have been out here for five or six months now and we are getting ready to come back home
my job in the marines is 7011, i am an Expiditiary Airfield System Technitian. which means i bukd airfields when we are in enemy territiory and we land the aircraft and prep them to go back out.

Army, 10 Years
U.S. Army - Started my career in the freezing cold at Ft. Dix, NJ Basic Training, then proceeded to Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, DC, for Advanced Individual Training (AIT), Animal Care Specialist (91T), the Army then felt sorry for sending me to Ft. Dix and made it up to me by letting me spend the next four years at Tripler Army Medical Center, Department of Clinical Investigations, Honolulu, Hawaii. I finished my career at Ft. Bragg, NC, Veterinary Corps and assigned to Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, NC. Best years of my life and damn proud to have served! I would do it again if I had it to do over.
