LAMBERT, Annette (Shinn) age 53 of Dayton, passed away Monday, January 25, 2010 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and cousins. She is survived by her fiance', Jerry Williams; her children's father, Thomas Lambert, Sr.; mother, Barbara Shinn; father, Robert Shinn: children Shawna Le Lambert, Thomas Lambert, Jr. & Jennifer Lambert; sister, Beth (Van) Laycox; brothers Chris (Ashley) Shinn & Scott (Nancy) Shinn; 8 grandchildren: Michael, Sarah, MaCayla, Tommy, Haleigh, Brady, Matthew and CJ; nieces & nephews: Brandi, Robert, Bryan, Monica & Josh and Jason; great nieces & nephews; dear friends Shirley, Debbie, Leslie, the Gooch family & the Stringers. Family visitation 11 am to 12 pm; public visitation 12 to1 pm, Friday, January 29, at MORRIS SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1771 E. Dorothy Lane, Kettering with funeral service at 1 pm.
