LAKEVILLE -- Wanda Lou (Duncan) Garnes, 56, of Lakeville, died Friday, March 7, 2008, at the home of her daughter, Heather Garnes of Shreve.
Services will be Thursday, March 13, at 11 a.m. at Schlabach Funeral Home in Shreve with Pastor Alan Sidel officiating. Burial will be in Nashville Cemetery.
Friends may call Wednesday, March 12, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to any branch of National City Bank.
She was born July 19, 1951, in Millersburg to Charles "Ed" and Doris (Smith) Duncan and married Harold Frank Garnes on May 17, 1974. He survives.
She was a graduate of Triway High School and was a loving mother and homemaker.
Surviving in addition to her husband are children, Brian Garnes of Lakeville and Heather Garnes of Shreve; a grandson, Cristian Mendoza; her mother of Shreve; brothers, Glenn (Sharon) Duncan of Greer, Dave (Jody) Duncan of Wooster and Jake (Mindy) Duncan of Shreve; sisters, Arlene Duncan and Missy (Bruce) Sidel, both of Shreve; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents, K.P. and Ollie Duncan, William Howard and Ethel Smith.
