About Event
Classmate only ice breaker. Come catch up with classmates, have some appetizers and make some new memories! The dress is casual.
There will be a photographer there taking pictures throughout the night and you will be able to purchase group pictures if you wish to have any taken with them while they are here.
Rooms available at a discount, call the hotel and tell them you are calling to reserve a room blocked for Trinity's class of 1989 reunion. Call early, the gas well boom here has caused room prices to soar and availability low!!!

Please use this to purchase tickets if you are attending friday and you and a guest are attending saturday so you get the discount. Details of the nights event is below:
Our first night of events is the Classmate only ice breaker.
Come catch up with classmates, have some appetizers and make some new memories! The dress is casual.
There will be a photographer there taking pictures throughout the night and you will be able to purchase group pictures if you wish to have any taken with them while they are here.
Our second event for Saturday night is for classmates and guests.
It is business dress (non-formal). Doors open at 5 pm, please arrive no later than 5:45, Class picture at 6 and then dinner will follow immediately after. Mingling and dance is from 8 to midnight.
Rooms are available for a discount at the Ramada on a first come, first serve basis. I will post the cost here soon. When you call, tell them you are part of the Trinity Class of 1989 room block. There are limited rooms reserved with this discount, so don't miss out. The gas well explosion here has not only caused the prices to sky rocket, but has made finding rooms impossible.
There will be a company there taking pictures of events throughout the weekend, our class picture and of any groups that would like their picture taken. The group picture will be $20 including tax and MUST BE paid by CASH. The other pictures they will be taking all weekend will be available online the following Monday to purchase. You will be able to buy individual prints or make a memory book with the pictures you select to be included in it. :)
The party will more and likely continue in Ramada's bar after we are done in the room at midnight, as it did last reunion. If you know of anyone that has passed away please let me know, I want to make sure I don't forget anyone on our remembrance table.
Any classmates that decide to "show up" anytime later in the night WILL BE EXPECTED to pay the FULL PRICE of $65. It is not fair to the other classmates to just show up without paying. You can't come to mingle, dance, and drink and not expect to pay. The price per person includes cost towards ALL expenses involved NOT just the dinner. A few classmates have taken advantage of the committee by coming late and not even offering a donation! As much as I want to see you all, this WILL NOT be tolerated this year.
