Jeff was born November 25, 1956, in Torrington, CT, the son of the late Edwin and Lois (Perkins) Fields. He was employed by Sears Hardware as a Manager. He is survived by one son, Joshua Fields of Torrington, CT; one brother, Robert Fields of Wolcott, CT, one granddaughter, MacKenzie Fields, as well as several nieces and nephews.
