| About Me | I have created a life I love and am very proud of. I have earned an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, a Bachelor's & Masters Degree in Hospitality Management at Florida International University. I am a prior service veteran of the U.S. Army that was attached to 10th Group SF. At present my short term projects include becoming a personal trainer and life coach. I have worked many places including The Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles, CA as a Sous Chef. At present my certifications include (CEC) Certified Executive Chef, (CDM) Certified Dietary Manager, (CFPP) Certified Food Protection Professional, (CLSSGB) Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and (PMP) Project Management Professional..
