About Me	After graduating, I worked full time. In 1980 I move to Gunnison Colorado. Within a few days of moving there, I met a handsome man named Gregg Hoffmeister. In less than 3 months we were engaged and three months later we were married. A few months later, I began a Bible study with Jehovah’s Witnesses and was baptized as one later that year. In 1984 Gregg began to study the Bible and was baptized as a Witness in 1986. Then in 1989 we moved to the Puget Sound area to help the congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Silverdale Washington. In 1994 we moved to northeastern Kentucky to help a congregation there. In 1991 we attended an International Convention of Witnesses in Prague, Czechoslovakia. Two years later we attended another International Convention, but in Kiev Ukraine. We also went to Poland on that trip. We had really wanted to move to that part of the world to help in the Bible education work there. But in 1999 my dear Gregg was diagnosed with cancer, which sadly took his life in 2002. We had 21 beautiful years together. In 2004, I moved back to Southern California because my dad had become legally blind and needed a live in caregiver. We had 8 1/2 wonderful years together, but then he passed away in 2012 at 91 years of age. My heart was broken again. In May 2013, I moved to Kraków Poland to help the English speaking congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. I have enjoyed 11 great years here, I am in love with the city ...(read more)
