About Me	Born in Alva Oklahoma, Parents: Marion Arthur Waggoner(PhD) and Charlotte Anna Herta Tuenge/Thünge from St. Louis Missouri, childhood in Columbia Mo (a very short time), mostly in Tulsa, Oklahoma, lived in Europe three years: Kiel and Munich. graduated from high school in Northfield Vermont, attended Vermont College in Montpelier, Vermont, one year, has BA and MA from Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska, Sigma Tau Delta, did graduate work in German at the University of Kansas, attended the Goethe Institute in Germany(Liblar, Iserlohn, Murnau and Arolsen) married a German, Joachim Hans Block, and worked for the International Tracing Servce in Arolsen for 35 years.
