Served in Navy & USAF as journalist/public affairs. Overseas tours in Morocco, Vietnam, Phillipines, Thailand & Puerto Rico. Awarded Bronze Star in Vietnam. Retired as USAF Chief Master Sgt (E-9) in 1983.
