| About Me | I am a home body. I love where I live and don't think there is any place else on this earth that I could be as happy. I love to share my home with family and friends when they come to visit. We host a great 4th of July gathering every year now, with kids, grandkids, sisters, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.............. What a wonderful family! I miss my Mom terribly. Not a day goes by that I don't think of something that I would like to share with her. I love animals and always have. We have too many, but this is part of what I am all about. 5 dogs and 38 cats is too much for anybody, but I wouldn't part with one of them. They are all rescues and have a forever home here. My friends are extremely important to me. That is because I have the best friends in the world! On April 27, 2011, our little community was devastated by a horrible tornado at 10:56 p.m. It was a night I will never forget and one that has changed my life forever. We were spared, but friends and neighbors were not. We have tried to help where we could and have been blessed by a young family who lost their home.
