About Me	Married to Lois Ann Grimaldi in 1978 then moved to California in 1980. Worked for Bank of America as an Operations Officer then as an examiner for the CA State Banking Dept. Left banking then worked as a Senior Analyst for THF Hotels till 1986. I then was hired by Radelow/Gittins RMPG as Assistant Dir. of Hotels. Moved from San Diego to Oceanside had 2 children Eric & Samantha (now in College). I was recruited by Arrow Aviation Spares, Inc., a spare parts supplier to the commercial and military aviation industry, as Vice President of Operations, later became President In 1997 Ted graduated from the University of Phoenix in 1997, earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Management. He subsequently went on to complete his executive MBA in Global Management at the same university in January 2000, earning a 3.66 GPA.
