Favorite School Memory	The â€œfunniestâ€ memory was our Senior Trip #1. With all of us dressed to impress for our trip to Six Flags Over Texas, the charter bus did not show. After a few phone calls and a few â€œchoiceâ€ words, we discovered the sales representative whom we were dealing with embezzled our money and never booked our trip. The company agreed to send another bus, and when it arrived, several hours later than our scheduled departure time; the air conditioner did not work. We all agreed we were not going and had to reschedule the trip for a later date. Senior Trip #2â€™s chartered bus was great and we made it to Six Flags. We only were able to have fun for a few hours before torrential rains came and the park had to close. ...(read more)
About Me	After graduating from high school, I attended Trinity Valley Community College in Athens, Texas from 1991-1994, where I received my Associate of Art and Associate of Science. From 1994-1996, I attended the University of Houston-Victoria where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with math and reading specializations. From 1996-2008, I taught mathematics for Bay City ISD at the junior high and high school levels. While teaching for Bay City ISD, I picked up a side job teaching night classes (1997-2003) for Wharton County Junior College. In 2007, I graduated from the University of Houston-Victoria with a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision with a K-12 principalâ€™s certificate. After 12 years in education, I had an opportunity to join the Fluor Corporation (global engineering, procurement, and construction company).
