About | William Arthur Foraker committed suicide in Colorado Springs, Colorado on January 15, 2023. He suffered from Paranoid Schizophrenia for 20 years. The disease was very delibetating to the multiple voices that he heard and the delusions that he believed about the CIA. These delusions and voices eventually stopped him from doing anything, especially his favorite hobby of fishing and fly fishing in Colorado. He also had enjoyed going to the gym and going to sporting events. It all came to a halt at the end and he felt that he was constantly monitored and followed by the CIA. He left behind a 300 page document that he wrote about the delusions. We used some of that material to write a book on his life and struggles in effort to highlight the crisis in the mental health system in the United States. The title of the book is: Mental Health Crisis based on the life of William Foraker. The book is available on Amazon and on his website, www.lifeofwilliamforaker.com. |
Events | A book was written about his life: Mental Health Crisis based on the Life of William Foraker. A legacy fund has also been set up to with the Pikes Peak Foundation in Colorado Springs, The William Foraker Legacy fund for Mental Health. It is set up to help people over 18 that cannot be forced by their loved ones to go and get an evaluation. This is what we encountered with Will. The lawyers we checked with could not help us either and at the end he committed suicide which should have never happened if we could have forced him to get evaluated and get some help to get him stable and he could think more clearly. |
