About Me	Living life to the fullest day in and day out! It's a balancing act, but someone's gotta do it! I work my butt off and I love every second of it (almost every second anyway). Each and everyday I get to help people become a better version of themselves; whether that's getting in shape, living a healthier life, or teaching them how to incorporate health into FUN! I may work hard, but I play hard too. I love to spend time with my family and friends. I adore my husband who is trying to take over the world of soccer here in Denver. He loves his job and loves to play. Meanwhile, I strive to be the best mom and friend I can while still taking care of my growing number of clients and teammates! My most important job of all is raising my two babies (not-so-babies anymore). They are my world and they make everyday fun and interesting.
