About Me | Philanthropy is a passion and for many years have been a way of life for the dedicated Mrs. Tiffany M. Fincher. She is the founder and Executive Director of Aspirations of Life, a nonprofit agency that she began in 2009. In addition to being a dedicated Wife, Mother of 2 and community servant, Mrs. Fincher built the foundation for Aspirations of Life on its dedication to uplifting low-income families, increasing self-esteem and providing lasting positive relationships. As a leader in her community, she boldly followed her passion; advocating for families that need her most. Although accredited with earning a degree in Human Services and licenses as a foster parent and Real Estate Broker, Mrs. Fincher prides herself with heartfelt contributions to empower the families in her community. For many years, her academic background and public service has been a springboard when creating the vision of potential her families have. Mrs. Fincher works closely with fellow agencies to provide opportunities to unify and create linkages between families and agencies for children and adolescents that show signs of emotional and behavioral disorders. Her involvement is meant to decrease the likelihood that the children may be removed from their home or educational setting as a result. As a committed volunteer of service in several capacities, Mrs. Fincher continues her mission! She gives her time as a Sub-Committee Member for the Local Area Network, to Transitional Living Facilities for women, ministries which focus on grooming teen girls into successful women, and as a collaborative with large city-wide conferences, among a host of others. Mrs. Fincher has proven herself as one who wholeheartedly believes in giving back to her community; also stands as a public spokesperson for the same. More than any other service, she has a love for creating an atmosphere where young girls will not only learn skills that will strengthen their character but to be able to apply those lessons throughout their life. Most of these life-changing instances occur when she leads her D.I.V.A. program and assists with prom attire donations and workshops for girls. Mrs. Fincher moves forward daily as she attempts to complete her lengthy bucket list of goals. At just 32 years old, she continues to strive to answer the call of families in need, empower the next generation of girls and raising awareness of how vital it is to give back to the community. Mrs. Fincher’s successful career as a public servant has fostered the community. She has presented as a model leader, one who elevates a facet of families, partners with like-minded agencies and play key roles in implementing youth mentoring programs that are designed to build character and a positive self-image. Mrs. Fincher has several long-term missions; the most pressing one is to open and direct a homeless shelter for women. Up to now, you would gather that Mrs. Fincher has reached her potential. However, she has only just begun layi...(read more) |
