About Me	Upon graduation from high school, I enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and spent six remarkable years as a test parachutist at Edwards Air Force Base in California. During that time, I received my private pilot's certificate and have owned several aircraft over the years. I then went to work at NASA in Houston as a test engineer for seven years. I continued skydiving and eventually accumulated nearly 1,300 jumps (including two off the New River Gorge Bridge in West Virginia)! I also learned to SCUBA dive during this time and often went to Cozumel, Mexico for some truly amazing experiences. Following that, I attended law school at The University of Texas at Austin, graduated and passed the bar examination in 1993 and have been a practicing attorney at law ever since. I also have a commercial real estate development business and even owned a restaurant called "Burger University" for eight years! I am now flying helicopters as well as fixed-wing, multi-engine aircraft. I also enjoy snow skiing and traveling throughout the world. Shortly after becoming an attorney, I got married and we now have three aMAYzing daughters who are grown up and leading their own lives!
