About Me	Earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Purdue in 1995 and married my college sweetheart, Tim Childress. Tim is a chaplain in the Indiana Army National Guard, so I joined army life, including his deployment to Afghanistan in 2004-2005. It looks like there will be another deployment this year (Dec. 07 - Dec. 08) to Iraq. We have a son (Stephen, who is 10), and 2 daughters (Sarah, who is 7 and Hannah who is 5). We are attempting to start the first Southern Baptist multi-cultural church in Indianapolis with an African-American family with Tim as copastor.
