Mr. C. William "Bill " Bleicher, Jr. age 67, of Jupiter, Florida passed away on March 18, 2017 at his home with his loving family by his side.
Mr. Bleicher was born in New York, New York on October 20, 1949 to the late C. William Bleicher Sr. and Emma Marie Nichols Bleicher. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with Summa Cum Laude honors from University of Arizona. He was the owner and operator of Bleicher Fine Jewelry, loved to write music was an avid gardener with his granddaughter and even wrote a book.
Survivors include his wife; Helene Elizabeth "Tootsie" Bleicher, daughter; Tara Helene (Jason) Philhower, and grandchild; Terri Lee Philhower all of Jupiter, Florida, one brother, four sisters, loving nieces and nephews. Billy will be lovingly remembered by his friends and classmates from THS Class of 67.
