| About Me | I had a rural mail route for the USPS in Tehachapi after high school. I worked seasonally for the Forest Service and the State & National Parks, team-taught pre-school, and was a respite worker for developmentally disabled people with behavioral issues while I was at College of the Redwoods and Humboldt State University in the Arcata/Eureka area of Northern California. I volunteered with at-risk youth, at HSU's Women's Center and Multicultural Center, cooked and served many, many meals with FNB, helped build a pirate radio station and collaborated with Points North in San Francisco to launch a successful needle exchange program in the Eureka/Arcata area. I began working for Enron Wind in January of 2001 and have been with GE Wind since they acquired the business. I transferred from Tehachapi to Pensacola, FL in August of 2005. I left GE around 2010 to work for their competitor Siemens Wind Power in Hutchinson, Kansas for a couple years, then I moved home and worked for a mom & pop wind business for a little while then finally moved to Interior Alaska where I am a buyer for a gold mine.
