You MUST buy ticket AND rsvp. Not just one or the other. BOTH steps need to be completed.
2008 10 Year Class Reunion Details:
Each individual planning to attend the class reunion MUST have a ticket, including any spouses, partners, etc. There are two options when you choose to buy your tickets: Individual ($20) or Couple ($40). Tickets will be sold at $20/person if bought online before the listed deadline. I have paid for the VFW $275 rental myself and not included this in ticket price.
Ticket price breakdown: I called the high school and we did not have a class fund so I had zero finances to plan this with. I have put all money down for the reunion myself which means right now I am just simply banking on selling tickets and people showing up. Your tickets will be covering costs for the food, DJ, and any small decorations decided to be used. I opened a "Class of 2008" checking account under my name at First National Bank in Taylorville and when you purchase your tickets online, all money will be directly deposited into that account. IF there is any leftover money once expenses are paid, the money will be left in the account and can go towards any future reunions. I would much rather over charge and have money left over for future reunions than under charge and be left with the expenses solely on myself. There will also be 50/50 tickets to purchase upon entry of reunion if you wish. Half of proceeds will go to the winner and the other half will be placed into the Class of 2008 checking account I created.
If you are unable to purchase tickets online due to not having a debit/credit card but plan to attend reunion then please first make sure to RSVP on site and then you may mail check (made out to Mallory McKinnie) or money to:

PLEASE INCLUDE NUMBER OF GUESTS WITH CHECK AND NAMES!!! If you mail check without names, I will have no idea who to add to entry list.
LAST OFFER BUT LEAST RECOMMENDED: Tickets may be purchased at the door, HOWEVER, price of ticket at door will be $25/each versus $20/each and this is just simply due to the fact that I prefer to have collected most of the money before the reunion takes place for security purposes. Must still RSVP online so I have correct number for caterer though. Please print off your ticket confirmation if possible or take photo for your records. VERY IMPORTANT that you list all guests names when RSVP'ing because this will be the list I go off for allowing entry.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RSVP until you are 100% certain you will be attending. I do not need a final number count for caterer until August 31st and I will be charged for however many people have RSVP'd so if uncertain than please wait until you have final decision because I do not want to be charged for 100 RSVPs/plates if only 50 decide to truly show up.

Catering will be Angelo's in town and the menu will include:
Fried Chicken
Mostaccioli
Green Beans
Twice Baked Potato Casserole
Garden Salad
Dinner Rolls
Tea, Lemonade, or Water
**Cost per plate with tax came out to be $11.50 which was calculated into individual ticket price**
DJ will be Justin Ford out of Illiopolis and he will play till 11 p.m. We must be out of the VFW by midnight so all of you party animals can continue the party elsewhere if you wish! :)
FINALLY, if you listened to step one and read thoroughly ;) If you have any questions at all please contact me. There is also a message board tab and may post any questions on there. I have worked really hard to plan us a GREAT reunion. I hope we have an awesome turn out. I plan to place reunion detail flyers at the high school main office desk incase anyone calls there for information as well. I may run a small ad in the newspaper too.
