About	Bob had a very active life, which included several careers. After graduation from Wentworth Institute in Boston he worked at Bettis Field on the development of the nuclear reactor for the USS Nautilus. He then transferred to Westinghouse Air Arm in Baltimore where he was involved in the development of high resolution radar for the U2 aircraft. In 1957 he went to work for Technical Measurement Corporation in New Haven, CT where he became President and Chairman of the Board of Directors. During the 1970s he entered the construction business and was involved in various development projects until shortly before his death. Bob is survived by 6 children, and their families. Bob%u2019s closest friend for nearly all his life was Tom Crow, also a member of the class of 48 and his wife Delores. ( I believe she too was in the class of 1948).
