About Event
The 50th reunion of the 1969 Tates Creek High School class will be a gathering at the Signature Club (formerly The Lansdowne Club) on October 19th from 7 in the evening until 11 that night. All classes are invited. The admission is $50 per person, $100 per couple, and no refunds will be issued. The committee would like to have finger food, a cash bar, and possibly some form of musical entertainment, but all of these things come with a cost. This will likely be the last reunion for the 1969 class. We hope you will attend and make it an evening to remember. The planning committee requests your earliest response so that plans can be made according to how many will attend and what funds will be available. Please let the committee know by making your check payable to TATES CREEK CLASS OF 69 REUNION. Mail your check, along with your name, address, and contact information to Tates Creek Class of 69 Reunion, c/o Chip Farris, 1005 Grey Fox Lane, Richmond, KY 40475. If your name has changed, let us know what it was in 1969. We hope to hear from you soon, and we hope you will help spread the word throughout the Creek community.

Saturday is a busy day for the Signature Club and parking will be challenging. The reunion is being held in the Grand Ballroom upstairs, which is accessed from the main front driveway. Free valet parking has been provided by the club. The attendants are being paid and will not be expecting tips (although they will likely accept them if offered). It's your choice, but the valet service is available free of charge. You can also park on many surrounding streets - Zandale, Raven, Breckenwood, etc. Someone will be at the front door of the Grand Ballroom to check you in and collect money from those that have not yet paid. We look forward to seeing you.

REUNION!! NEXT SATURDAY!! If you have not sent your money and information to Chip Farris yet, don't do it now. We may not receive it in time. You can pay at the door. Many have said they will be doing that. Everyone wants to see you there, whether you graduated in '67, '68, '69, or '70! A bunch of us will be having refreshments at the Cellar on Friday evening and invite you to join us. The Cellar is the restaurant and bar on the lower floor of the Signature Club and Boogie G is supposed to be playing that night. They also have good food if you are looking for an evening meal. We’re two weeks away from the 50th reunion. The caterer and bartender need a head count in order to make sure there is an adequate supply of food and drink on hand for the event. If you will be attending, but have not yet sent your information and attendance fee to Chip, please do so as soon as possible so that we can provide the vendors with an accurate head count by next Saturday 10/12/2019. We had a meeting last night, and were very pleased with the number of people that had RSVP'ed with their plans to attend the reunion. We also know of many more that will be attending, but haven't formally RSVP'ed yet. If you plan to attend, please RSVP and let us know. You can do that here, on classmates.com, or on the Facebook page that Ray, Mindy, and Leigh Anne are watching. We are also making arrangements that require deposits, so please send your money to Chip as soon as you can. We look forward to seeing you there.
