About	Billy sustained a life-changing diving accident at the age of 23, breaking his neck and becoming quadriplegic. He never let that stop him from enjoying life. Through the years, he concocted various inventions that allowed him to remain independent with support from an amazing group of family, friends, and caregivers. Billy worked in HR at JP Morgan Chase for 42 years, right up to a few weeks before his passing.
