| About Me | Went to broadcasting school and became a disc jokey. It didn't take long for me to realize that was not for me. I then had an opportunity to attend Braniff Education System school in Dallas, TX. Soon after I was hired by American Airlines as a Reservations agent. I held several positions in the company including the upstart of a year long program called AAdvantage. This was in 1982 and as you know it became a very successful program and has grown to have more participants than ever imagined. After 29 years with AA I retired and now work for Southwest Airlines. A couple of other major accomplishments in my life... 1. I married a beautiful Texas girl and have been happily married for 32 years. 2. We took quite an undertaking about 20 years ago and adopted a child from Romania. 5 years later we went back for child #2. They have been a great blessing to my wife Brenda, and I. #3 adoption came along in a very unusual way. A boy that was a friend of our son was a foster care child. When he was 19 he aged out and came to live with us. We adopted him 2 years later. 10 years have past and he is now in law school.
