About Me	I have been married to Brian Owens for 33 years and we raised four daughters. I started my teaching career in Oklahoma in 1986, then moved to Kansas in 1987 where I have been teaching for 32 years. I was elected to a city council position in a small town and served for 8 years. We moved to the Wichita, KS area 11 years ago. I currently teach at Campus High School which is a 6A school.
