The Wagner Family and the Bir Family moved in across the street from each other about July 10th, 1964. I was 10. (Bruce Wagner). Roger would have been about 7. I have many fond memories of growing up with the Birs. I spent a lot of time there. We all went to the same church, and had lots of chores to do caring for farm animals. I remember Roger as being a lot of fun. Generally happy, with a great sense of humor. My deepest condolences to his family. Gone too soon. RIP
