Air Force, 28 Years
Honor to Serve for 28 years.
Assigned as a Squadron Commander multiple times, Deputy Group Commander, and Group Commander. Executive Officer to General officers (1, 3, & 4-stars). Deployed on several occasions to Middle East, European theatre, Africa, South America, Central America, and Southeast Asia.
What I enjoyed most were the people! Leading to Serve my People was my greatest Honor...whether it was five (5) as a young lieutenant or 4,000 as a Colonel it was always my pleasure!

Commander, NC, USNR, OR Trauma Nurse, XXXX XXXXX, XX XXXXX, Afghanistan. (Currently deployed 2013....)
Always sunny, crazy-hot every day until 02:00, until it snows in SEP/OCT. Then it's cold till the "poppy season" in the spring.
Dust-offs/noise&dust, trauma/blood&dust, 122mm rockets/noise&dust, conex's/heat&dust, FOB's/plywood,wire&dust,
"XXXXXXXXXXXX"/shade,music&dust,
"120 days of wind"(&dust)
chia, naan, doh and that special Kujarishnaa (carpet).
Back home again XXXXXXXX. "En-Shallah".

Aviation Ordnance AO2(E-5) USS CORAL SEA CVA-43. Worked on the flight deck loading bombs, rockets ,missiles, and gun pods on the A-6 Intruder. Worked on the catapults arming all Ordnance just prior to launch. Made two deployments during Viet Nam war. Career highlight: Got to go to Australia, GREAT LIBERTY!!

Spent 2 tours in Iraq. (2004-2005 with 1/503rd) (2006-2007 with 2/12 Infantry 2BCT 2ID)
Wounded In Action April 11, 2005 in Ramadi, Iraq.
Fort Carson 2005-2006 in between deployments and again 2006-2009. Medically retired in 2009.
