About Me	Earned my BS in Sports Science from UIU, worked in multiple outpatient physical therapy clinics, earned the Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist Credential from the NSCA, worked for a hospital based fitness facility and facilitated a post cardiac rehabilitation program, started my own fitness/wellness company (Bonic's Better Body) serving the Chicagoland and NW Indiana area, became an International Personal Fitness Certification Specialist for AFAA, lecturing on fitness topics and educating existing and aspiring fitness trainers worldwide, started work towrards attaining my doctorate in Physical Therapy.
