About	I still miss Coach. We played football for 3 or 4 years. We sang in the same Quartet, with Paul Deason and Glenn Caudle. We travelled all over the South, singing programs. Coach was the son of our Supt. of Schools, but he was a wonderful companion. We went to Auburn University together, and roomed together. His death was sudden and unexpected. I remember his wry humor. There are no replacements!
