Cindy was my very best friend from 3rd grade to graduation. We lost touch for a few years after I moved to Michigan, then reconnected, then lost touch again after I got married, but reconnected about 1996. She died of ovarian cancer. I miss her every day and my heart hurts when I think I wasn't there for her. Cindy is one sister that I chose, so I had two sisters.
