About Me | I ATTEMPTED COLLEGE AT LEES MCRAE COLLEGE IN BANNER ELK AS WELL AS SEVERAL COMMUNITY COLLEGES. I MOVED TO ASHEVILLE THEN TO CULLOWHEE. THEN DID SOMETHING I SAID I WOULD NEVER DO AND MOVED BACK TO BRYSON CITY. I JOINED WEST SWAIN FIRE DEPARTMENT ALMOST 4 YEARS AGO AND I AM THE FIRST FEMALE TO BE A FIREFIGHTER AS LONG AS I HAVE IN SWAIN COUNTY AND THE FIRST AND ONLY FEMALE LIEUTENANT.
