About Me	"I have the simpliest of tastes, I am always satisified with the best." OscarWilde Grew up in Harrisburg, PA, so that is really my hometown. Moved to Philadelphia for college and then straight to NYC (lived there for 13 years). Lived the true Carrie Bradshaw life of Sex and the City... did my time in the Fashion and Beauty industry...Allure Magazine, various other fashion publications, Barneys New York publicity, philosophy cosmetics, etc...Traveled all over for work and fun. Was in a long-term relationship and eventually married (8 years) to drummer in an original NYC punk/rock and roll band. So I was used to the high fashion world by day and the underground rock and roll world of the now defunct CBGB at night. Unfortunately, no kids, but I love them. Have 2 amazing nephews that live in Spain. Also, I have the most wonderful parents on the planet, and 2 great older sisters. I live in Lancaster, PA now. I've been back in the Central PA area for about 6 years now. I work for an Advertising and Public Relations firm here in the city ...live a few blocks away in an adorable carriage house. Our firm specializes in National clients that are in the interior home and home -related industries. I still travel for work. I have 2 cats George and Mavis and love them dearly. George just recently went to kitty heaven...I will miss him so much. Mavis just welcomed a new little brother named Harrison, into our lives. Major update...I am now the PR Director for a company called Straight Arrow Products, Inc. we make the Original Mane 'n Tail products. They are based in Bethlehem, PA, so I'm giving up the carriage house in Lancaster for life in the downtown historic district of Bethlehem. Starting yet another chapter! Oh, just one more, cat, that is...Ringo, was declawed and abandoned--found his way onto my front porch and shortly thereafter into my heart...Mavis now has another brother. Update: 11.22.11...my little Mavis, sweet girl went to kitty heaven to see her bro', my Georgey Porgey...almost 3 years to the day as he did...odd. I will miss you my demure little gal. Update: 10/12 Mr. Anderson Cooper Berdofe ( the Coop) joined the kitty family. He was another drop off! He is a sweetie--3 boys and me!
