D. Andrew "Andy" Grafton, 50, an executive with Washington area department stores who also held leadership positions with the Boy Scouts, died Oct. 30 from injuries sustained in a bicycle accident in Newtown, Pa. He had moved to Newtown several months ago. He lived for more 20 years in Fairfax, VA.
Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Christanne Doub Grafton of Newtown and Fairfax; and two daughters, Kimberly Anne Grafton and Sarah Elizabeth Grafton, both of Fairfax; his mother, Mary Katharine Grafton of Clinton; and a sister.
