About Me	I am a high school dropout. I never experienced my last 3 years of high school. This is the class and school I would have graduated with. I regret dropping out every day. I attribute my success in life to my childhood and the grace of the Lord. At the age of 13, I was cast out of my father's home, leading me to live on the streets of Phoenix from ages 13 to 17. During this period, I grew up quickly, developing street smarts to survive. With no support system for basic needs like personal hygiene and food, I still tried to attend school, but I faced ridicule from fellow students and even a couple of teachers, ultimately leading me to drop out. When I turned 17, I moved in with my mom and stepfather in Oklahoma. The local public school system wouldn't enroll me due to my age and the time I had been out of school, so they recommended I pursue my GED. I filled out and signed the necessary paperwork for a minor to take the GED, even though I was just a few months away from turning 18. I passed the exam and obtained my high school equivalency diploma. At the age of 19, nine months after returning to Oklahoma, I moved into my own place. When I turned 24, I began working for the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office, and that marked the start of my career. At 24, I also got married, and my daughter Judy was born. Unfortunately, my marriage ended in divorce when I was 26. I remarried at 30 and became a stepfather to two daughters, Lacy and April. As of September 2022, my youngest daughter will turn 31. I eventually retired from the Sheriff's Office after serving for 23 years and now hold the position of Vice President & Director of IT at a local bank.
