I was taking a walk in my neighborhood about a year ago and a guy I passed turned around and asked me if I was Paul Murphy? I said yes and he said he was Nelson Jowdy. We talked awhile and he mentioned about 50 years ago he would go to Christown and go to the movies. He told me I was with a friend of mine (Scott Shepherd) and he asked if we could pop him in the exit. I said sure and he and his buds saved some bucks that day! He even remembered the movies! Woody Allen’s “Sleepr” and “Papillon “ starring Steve McQueen. I couldn’t believe he’d remember such obscure details but I never saw him again! I’m truly sad about that, he was a very down to earth, great guy! I’ll miss him and cherish his memories! RIP buddy, I hope you weren’t in any pain! Pauljmurphy 2-13-24
