About Frank passed surrounded by his family in his Phoenix home due to complications related to a brain tumor. He was 69 years young. Born on Independence Day 1951 in Fresno,CA. Frank's family moved to Phx. when he was 3 weeks old. As a life-long Phoenician, Frank graduated from SHS in 1969 and attended NAU. He married his best friend Lorie Jackson of Chesterton, IN.. They were married in Sedona next to Oak Creek on Oct. 6, 1973. A consummate salesman, Frank had jobs in sales with the AZ Republic newspaper and Crystal Bottled Water. Yet, Frank's love and his passion was golf. Working at Van's Golf Store the last 6 years was his favorite job. Frank was deeply spiritual with a keen need for introspection. Frank & Lorie were members of Self Realization Fellowship Church. He loved practicing yoga, meditating and reading books on spirituality. His warm hugs and amazing smile will be deeply missed by all. Family was the focal point of Frank's life and he greatly enjoyed the Mason Family Reunions held every other year in Pismo Beach, CA. Frank loved sports as well; golf, coaching his kids baseball and football teams and cheering on ASU football & baseball. He & Lorie were Diamondback season ticket holders for the past 15 years. The Mason household was always filled with the sound of music from the Beatles to the Eagles. RIP Frank.

I remember Frank all the way back to grade school at Royal Palm. He was always calm and reserved but always very friendly. I am proud to say he was a good friend.
