• Add Tax to Price quoted on front sheet of $43.95 per person. Category 4B Inside For 1st/2nd person -- $299.00 + $43.95 = $342.92 For 3rd/4th person -- $159.00 + $43.95 = $202.95 Category 6B Ocean View For 1st/2nd person -- $349.00 + $43.95 = $392.95 For 3rd/4th person -- $179.00 + $43.95 = $222.95 (ALL PRICES ARE BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY) • Payment Plan available only when booking through Group Booking #75J4R4 $50/per person at time of Booking $150/per person by 9/1/09 Balance due by 2/9/10 (Note: That room is not guaranteed until full payment is made) • New Immigration laws require Passports. You can apply at some post offices and the Juvenile Detention Office on Ajo as well as Downtown. Be sure to apply early, it takes 6-8 weeks to process. You must have an original birth certificate for application. • Cruise only transfers are available from named airport or pier for $16/each way per person. • If taking minors (according to Carnival anyone under 21 is considered minor), ask about rules and guidelines at time of booking. o If minor is not traveling with parent, grandparent or court appointed legal guardian, special paperwork is required. (you can get copy from Carnival or let me know and I’ll get you a copy) • Group is requesting late Dinner at 8:15pm. Will request ahead of time all in group be assigned to same dining room and area. • Dinners require semi-formal to formal attire. • Mandatory gratuity can be paid at time of booking or last night of cruise you will receive the bill for it. • You must pay for your alcohol on the cruise. • As a bonus to booking as a group, we are offered 5 point to be applied to all in the group. o Suggested use of the points are as follows:  2pts – one hour private happy hour consisting of hot and cold hors d'oeuvers and open bar  2pts – one 8x10 group picture  1pt -- $25/on board credit per cabin/stateroom (note that he use of points for these options is based on certain number of rooms being booked, if we don’t meet the minimum, then we opt for the $100/on board credit for each cabin/stateroom) • When docked in Cabo San Lucas, you can plan excursions individually or talk to classmates and do something as a group.
