About	My beautiful sister entered into eternal rest this month. She was born in D.C. and grew up In District Heights. Joyce was a devout "Rams" fan and a diehard Redskin fan. She was the first female 911 Dispatcher for the Prince Georges County Police Department and broke ground for other women to enter the field. Joycw was a remarkabe woman.
