Obituary of Cedric Lynn Davis (October 9, 1960 - September 17, 2024) Cedric Lynn Davis, 63, of Waldorf, Maryland departed his earthly life peacefully at his home on Tuesday, September 17, 2024.

Cedric was born on October 9, 1960, in Washington, DC to the late Ivory Davis, Sr. from Lynchburg, South Carolina and Martha Lee Bellamy from Supply, North Carolina.

Cedric was the second of the family siblings that included: Regina Davis and Ivory Davis, Jr.

Cedric met the love of his life, Mavis Pratt while in elementary school. They were married for over twenty-one years.

Cedric is survived by his beloved wife: Mavis Pratt-Davis; children: Jermey Diez (Keriann), Andre Bernhard (Lexie), and Ivy Rochester; mother: Martha Davis; sister: Regina Davis; brother: Ivory Davis, Jr. (Henrietta); grandchildren: Kynleigh Bernhard and Aiden and Noah Diez; goddaughter: Janie Ford; and a host of nephews, nieces, Pratt family in-laws and other family members and friends.
